Philosophy
My philosophy is simple: pay attention.
Pay attention to how people live, what they normalise, what they hope for, and what quietly shapes their choices. Pay attention to the emotional undercurrents, the frictions people absorb, the rituals they hold onto, and the stories they tell themselves.
This is how I approach design, teaching, mentoring, and even cooking — by starting with the human, not the output.
I believe that clarity comes from listening, that systems reveal themselves when you zoom out, and that meaning emerges when you connect the personal to the universal.
Salt & Circle is built on this philosophy: bridging worlds, making complexity feel coherent, and shaping work that feels alive.

Beyond the Work
My Happy Apron
When I am not working on Salt & Circle, I am busy running my beautiful home and My Happy Apron, a food blog and Instagram space I have nurtured since 2012.
My Happy Apron is a gentle corner of my life where cooking, art, writing, travelling, and storytelling come together in ways that feel grounding and joyful.
