Salt & Circle is my independent consulting practice, built on a simple belief: good design begins with understanding people, their contexts, behaviours, emotions, and aspirations. Over two decades across industrial design, UX research, experience strategy, and narrative thinking, I’ve learned how to make complexity feel coherent and how to turn human stories into strategic clarity.
Salt & Circle is where that experience comes together. I collaborate with teams and founders who value thoughtful, human-centred work, whether they are defining a product, shaping a system, building a community, or navigating ambiguity. My approach blends deep research, systems thinking, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to making things more human.
