Why I Mentor
I mentor because I know what it feels like to be unsure, overwhelmed, or quietly questioning your place in the design world. Two decades in this industry have given me perspective, not just on design, but on people, growth, and the emotional realities of creative work.
Mentoring is my way of offering what I wish I had more of earlier: honest conversations, thoughtful questions, and guidance that is rooted in real-world experience, not generic advice. I mentor because I genuinely care about helping people find clarity. I believe in helping you discover answers to your questions rather than giving then you on a platter.
Most people come to me feeling stuck; most leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more confident. That is why I mentor.
