I teach with the belief that students don’t need answers, they need the courage and clarity to find their own. My classrooms begin with the familiar: a feeling, a ritual, an observation. From there, students learn to stretch outward into systems, patterns, and the wider worlds their work touches. Ambiguity becomes a material we shape, not something we fear.

I offer structure that empowers rather than restricts. Just enough guidance to feel supported, enough freedom to explore. Storytelling sits at the heart of my approach; it helps students make sense of their decisions, their emotional arcs, and the systems they are designing within.

Above all, I teach through warmth, conversation, and psychological safety. When students feel seen, they take risks. When they feel safe, they grow. Joy, curiosity, and shared discovery are not extras, they are the pedagogy. My aim is simple: to help students move from intuition to articulation, from the personal to the systemic, and from ambiguity to clarity, so they can design futures that are thoughtful, responsible, and deeply human.
